I have been in business for myself since 2012 as a Fascia Stretch Therapist and Pilates Teacher.  Flexpert provides  MOBILE services, where I come to you. Either in your home or business. I currently serve Phoenix, Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

Specializing in Fascia Stretch Therapy bodywork and Pilates with a Neuro approach, I am considered an expert in my field. Over 16  years of experience in fitness have fueled me to strive to meet the demands of a  Phoenix and Scottsdale clientele with bodies, sports, and life stories that intrigue me as a coach, teacher, trainer and therapist.  Learning Applied Neuroscience changed my life as a mover, and how I interpret the needs of those seeking my services.
