Try a Pilates Mat class that is calm and focussed on healing. There is an emphasis on gentle movements that are restorative and, when done consistently, improve your overall flexibility and can reduce pain due to the increase in blood flow and mobility in your body. Eve Gentry had a restorative, rehabilitative approach to the Pilates Method and inspired my style of teaching through my education and mentors. Classes are all levels. Beginners are welcome. You just need a Pilates mat (1/2”-1” thick), a bottle of water, and a hand towel.
